About Me
Teacher – Advisor – Traveler – Networker Guided by experience. Connected Worldwide
“Studying abroad is a fast-changing sector. My students get not only my experience, but my up-to-date global network.” I am an international education specialist with Austrian roots, a Mediterranean home in Italy, and a professional home in San Diego. For over 30 years, I have lived what I teach: crossing borders to learn, to teach, and to connect. My career began in the classroom. It grew into a life between cultures – advising students, building academic partnerships, and organizing study programs in Europe and from Europe to California. I aim to offer what I call “boutique” programs with personalized service, something that distinguishes N.E.W. from a large travel agency and study abroad provider. To stay at the forefront of international education, I regularly attend the industries’ leading global conferences and workshops – ICEF, NAFSA, ST Alphe conferences – where the world’s top-accredited institutions meet. This ensures my advice is always up-to-date, compliant, and directly connected.
